The Brief of Chief SI's Chassis Dynamometer

We, Chief SI, employees 22KW DC motor system as the mechanism of chassis dynamometer designed for our domestic motorcycle manufacturers. This chassis dynamometer provides the convenient experiments like controls of simulation and certain speed of the obstacle on the road. Although the set seems small and simple, actually it has complete functions of measuring dyno, including Coast Down, ALR, and ASR, as well as the clamp for adjusting wheelbase, the switch for controlling position, the equipment for exhausting gas from the lab, and hardware devices for monitoring abnormal conditions. The whole set is flexible and safe. Especially, we provide the GSD manipulating interface and date recording system that users are able to control the measurement automatically and acquire the data in the back-end.

About the Project

We planed to provide the whole system that can simulate and control the realistic scenario to measure the whole vehicle on the road. This test stand includes the dynometer itself, amplifier of torque, power supply, controlling cabinet for the drivers and computers, PLC, and SCC data acquisition. Coinciding with the mode of controlling whole vehicle, this "Motorcycle Chassis Dynamometer" can conduct with the control of the measurement automatically and acquire the data in the back-end.
